Privacy Policy for VERTE (EFFECTIVE DATE)

At Vertehealthcare (“Verte” or “Vertehealthcare”), one of our main priorities is protecting the privacy of your information. This privacy policy applies to the telemedicine services provided through a website, mobile application or any other digital means (“Services”) by Verte.

The information protected by this privacy policy is Protected Health Information or “PHI” that the user provides Verte to obtain medical care through the Services. The PHI you provide is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) Notice of Privacy Practices (“HIPAA Notice”). This policy also applies to information that is not PHI. If there is any conflict between this privacy policy and the HIPAA Notice, the HIPAA Notice will apply.

Information that Verte collects from you.

By using the Services you are consenting to letting us or any party acting on our behalf collect this technical data; (f) If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide

Log Files

Vertehealthcare follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
